Severe storms will impact parts of the Southeastern US today beginning around lunch time with storms lasting through the afternoon and night on Tuesday. With these storms will be the possibility of damaging winds, severe hail and the possibility of tornadoes. The main threat area today will be across Mississippi, Louisiana and Alabama. The biggest threat today will be damaging winds across the area with the threat extending from Texas to Florida and as far north as Tennessee.
